History of Sigma Omicron

On May 5th, 1990 the founding fathers of the Sigma Omicron Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon at Middle Tennessee State University obtained an official Charter from TKE Headquarters.  Persuaded by TKE's morals and principles, these men started a bond only other Tekes could understand.  The Chapter recently celebrated a major milestone, its 20-year anniversary, and in 2012 entered it's 22nd year as a chartered Chapter with TKE Headquarters and 23rd year as an organization at Middle Tennessee State University.  The overwhelming principle "not for wealth, rank, or honor, but for personal worth and character" still rings true to date.  Sigma Omicron to date has 300+ members.
